PPerfectly seasoned and browned ground beef, Ricotta Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, a touch of red sauce and Bisquick make this impossible pie possible.

⅓ cup ricotta cheese or small curd cottage cheese3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese1 pound ground beef, browned1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided in half½ cuop red sauce½ teaspoon Kosher salt1 cup milk2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400While the oven is preheating, brown the ground beef and set aside. Grease a 9 or 9.5 inch pie plate. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly on the bottom of the pie plate, sprinkle with Parmesam cheese. Add half cup of the mozzarella cheese, the red sauce and salt, stir to coat, spoon evenly over the cheeses.Add the Biaquick, milk and eggs into a bowl and stir until blended (If there are small lumps, that's ok). Pour over all the ingredients in the pie plate.Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella, return to the oven and bake for 1-2 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Cool for 10 minutes. If desired, serve with additional red sauce.
